President - Mark Harkleroad
DUTIES of the PRESIDENT (elected position)

Preside over all meetings

Vice President - Derald Lyons
DUTIES of the VICE-PRESIDENT (elected position)

Perform the duties of the President in the absence, resignation, or inability of the President to act

Assist the President

Perform as the club parliamentarian

Maintain an inventory of items owned by The Club

Perform other duties as assigned

Secretary - Leslie Shettler
DUTIES of the SECRETARY (elected position)
-
Record minutes at all meetings. If the Secretary is unable to attend any meeting, the President will appoint a representative to perform those duties.

Present all previous minutes at the regular monthly meeting for approval by the members.

Maintain a record of minutes and all official documents of The Club
-
Record names of guests or prospective members in the monthly meeting minutes

Treasurer - Tammy Serrano
DUTIES of the TREASURER (elected position)
The Treasurer, subject to conditions and restrictions made by the Officers, will maintain custody of all monies, records of all credits, debits, and obligations belonging to The Club. The Treasurer will receive all monies and make all payments of The Club debts subject to the conditions and restrictions made by the Officers. If the Treasurer is not able to attend regular business meetings, in their absence he or she will appoint a representative to read the Treasurer report. The Treasurer’s records must be available at the monthly meetings to the general membership upon request and in attendance of the President and / or the Vice-President.

Collect all monies owed to The Club

Hold all funds in the appropriate Club financial/bank accounts and disburse them accordingly

Keep records of all The Club monetary business
-
Report on the financial status of The Club at each Monthly meeting
-
Notify the membership, through the club newsletter, of the annual dues requirements
-
Pay the yearly incorporation fee and file the appropriate forms with the State of Colorado
-
Signatory authority on The Club bank account

Board Member - Barry Hawkins
DUTIES of the ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS (elected position)
The Advisory Board will consist of three members, one of which will have Signatory authority on The Club bank account. The Board member with Signatory authority will be selected by the Advisory Board themselves.

Liaison to club members as a conduit between the membership and the Board and when necessary represent those findings at The Club meetings
-
Act as Liaison of communication between membership to the Executive Officers
-
Fill duties which do not fall under the scope of the Executive officers
-
Be available at special meetings called by the Executive Officers
-
Chair an annual audit meeting with the Executive and Advisory Board members
-
All three positions are open for election nominations every two years

Board Member - Lisa Terry
DUTIES of the ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS (elected position)
The Advisory Board will consist of three members, one of which will have Signatory authority on The Club bank account. The Board member with Signatory authority will be selected by the Advisory Board themselves.

EVENTS and ACTIVITIES (appointed/volunteer position)

Responsible for the planning, suggesting, and coordination of The Club events and functions, excluding events like Mystery Meals

Provide information of any club events to the Newsletter Editor and Webmaster

Board Member - John Goggin

The Advisory Board will consist of three members, one of which will have Signatory authority on The Club bank account. The Board member with Signatory authority will be selected by the Advisory Board themselves.

NCCC Governor - Jim Cesario
DUTIES of the NCCC GOVERNOR (appointed/volunteer position)
The Governor’s duties are based upon standards set forth by the National Council of Corvette Clubs, Inc. and are fully explained in the NCCC Membership Handbook.

Attend quarterly NCCC regional Governors’ meetings

File all membership documents with NCCC and RMR
-
Ensure The Club complies with all NCCC membership and activity postings for insurance compliance

Report announcements from NCCC at monthly Club meetings

Membership - Sherron Garnett
MEMBERSHIP (appointed/volunteer position)

Inform all prospective members of the requirements for membership into The Club
-
Provide prospective new members with The Club membership application and club dues guidance sheet
-
Maintain guest and member sign in sheet at every monthly meeting
-
Keep accurate membership records of prospective and current members
-
Forward names of guests or prospective members to the Secretary following monthly meeting
-
Report at each monthly meeting
-
Maintain a copy of the membership roster
-
Maintain and distribute new member packet with current information

Newsletter Editor - Brodie Garnett
NEWSLETTER EDITOR (appointed/volunteer position)
News and information is provided to The Club membership through the newsletter publication.

Webmaster - Mark Harkleroad
WEBMASTER (appointed/volunteer position)
News and information is provided to The Club membership through The Club website: www.ColoradoCorvettes.club.

Responsible for the maintaining and updating The Club official website

Provide technical direction and solicit feedback regarding the club's web presence

Report to the treasurer any accounts payable to maintain the website

Merchandise Committee - Greg Palmer
Merchandise Committee (appointed/volunteer position)

Act as liaison between The Club members and the merchandise ordering procedure
-
Research and provide specialty merchandise as a convenience to The Club and its members
-
Maintain an inventory of goods on hand and is responsible for ordering replacement stock. ( i.e. business cards)

Report to the treasurer any accounts payable to purchases related to club business
